Our lab continues to grow, and we are thrilled to welcome 7 additional lab members to the team!

Dr. Joe Strong is an Associate Scientist for the ADNI Engagement Core. He is joining us from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro where he was a post-doctoral research fellow in the African American Families and Kinship Care Lab within the Department of Social Work. Great to have you Joe!

Aniah Jean Mary is Project Manager for the ADNI Engagement Core. She is joining us from Florida State University’s College of Medicine where she worked as a clinical research development consultant. Welcome aboard Aniah!

Fabiola Magaña is a Community Research Navigator for the ADNI Engagement Core. She is joining our team from Milwaukee, where she worked as an inpatient nurse at St. Luke’s Medical Center. She is currently in school studying towards her doctorate in nursing at Loyola University Chicago. Welcome Fabiola!

Monica Bruce is a Community Research Navigator for the ADNI Engagement Core. She is a speech language pathologist and has held several leadership positions in her field. She presently works as an independent practitioner and is excited to join our team. Welcome Monica!

Isabella Hoang is a Community Research Navigator for the ADNI Engagement Core. She will be joining our team from Cal Poly Pomona where she is finishing up her AmeriCorps experience as an undergraduate research student voice and liaison. Welcome to the team Isabella!

Dr. Bri Breidenbach is a Post-Doctoral Fellow joining our lab from Texas A&M University, College Station where she is finishing up her doctorate in exercise physiology. Welcome Bri!

Noah Cook is a recent UW graduate who worked with our ADRC’s PET team during his undergraduate years. He will be joining us as a graduate research assistant as he pursues his master’s degree in epidemiology here at the UW. Welcome to the team Noah!
