Our lab is growing! We are delighted to welcome 5 new lab members to the team!
Rachel Tilsen is the lead Community Research Navigator for the ADNI Engagement Core that is co-led by Dr. Okonkwo. She is joining us from UW Health where she worked as a registered dietician for multiple specialty clinics.
Sammy Bradley is a study coordinator for the new SuperAging study. She is a recent UW graduate, where she worked in cancer and psychology labs.
Lexi Nelson is the lead study coordinator for the new SuperAging study. She is a recent UW graduate, where she worked in the Okonkwo Lab for 2 years – welcome back!
Dr. Ira Frahmand is a Senior Scientist. She has been part of the lab for the past three years as a Visiting Scientist while she was an Associate Professor in the Dept of Psychology at UW-Milwaukee. She is now joining us full-time!
Dr. Beth Planalp is an Associate Scientist. She is joining us from the Waisman Center, where she worked with the Wisconsin Twin Research lab.
