The Okonkwo Lab is excited to welcome two more members to our team!
Mai Seng Thao is the ADNI Scholars Project Manager for the Health Equities Scholars Program. Mai has a background in Early-Middle Childhood Education and has been in various experiences serving the community in direct service roles since 2014. Mai comes to us from YWCA Madison, where she oversaw a housing program serving single moms and children under the age of five years old.
Adam Paulsen is a Researcher III. Adam has been involved in population-based aging research since 2010, including two cohort studies of aging adults, the Epidemiology of Hearing Loss Study and the Beaver Dam Offspring Study, and a statewide representative cohort study, the Survey of the Health of Wisconsin.
